Carine Valleau is the founder of Flexxco and a licensed general contractor with RBQ 1.2 and 1.3. She brings over 15 years of experience in project management in construction and real estate, across a wide range of contexts including complex technical interventions, demanding regulatory environments, and situations requiring rigorous analysis and strategic decision-making.
She gets involved from the earliest stages to clarify key issues, validate feasibility, and guide decisions before costly mistakes are made. On site, she leads teams and coordinates stakeholders with a direct and structured approach, ensuring consistency between planning and execution.
She places strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and clarity in communication, while adapting to the realities of each project and the needs of clients, whether owner-occupants, investors, or property managers. She works closely with clients, designers, architects, and engineers, and is recognized for her ability to structure projects and navigate complex environments with rigor and consistency.

Our services
Flexxco is a general contractor specializing in residential and commercial renovation and transformation projects.
Projects range from full interior and exterior work to targeted interventions, depending on the needs of the project. We handle both technical projects involving structure, building envelope, and existing conditions, as well as projects requiring close coordination with designers, professionals, and other stakeholders. Each project is managed through a structured process, from the initial analysis to post-construction follow-up.
Types of Projects
Full Renovations (Interior and Exterior)
End-to-end project management including planning, coordination of stakeholders, execution, and follow-up. This includes interior reconfigurations such as kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, structural modifications, extensions, and building envelope work including insulation, doors, and windows.
Property Upgrades and Pre-Sale Preparation
Targeted work to bring a property up to standard, correct deficiencies, and improve presentation prior to listing.
Project Takeovers
Intervention on ongoing projects facing coordination issues, execution quality concerns, or management challenges. We step in where things have stalled without redoing what has already been done properly.
Technical and Structural Corrections
Work on structural elements, the building envelope, or existing conditions, in coordination with engineers and with technical validation at every stage
Project Analysis and Preparation
